The Minutes from the previous meeting (29 May 2005) will be circulated for ratification/amendment at the next Council meeting (28th Sept refers).

These are deferred to the next Council meeting 28th September refers.

The Chairman thanked Council members for coming to lunchtime the meeting in view of the short notice given.

Dr Morrow presented his briefing paper which outlined events post the contested Whiterock Parade on 10th September 2005).

After a general discussion it was agreed that the CEO should produce a revised paper with up-dated recommednations for the next Council meeting (28th September). CEO
