To mark Community Relations Week and in partnership with the Omagh Ethnic Communities Support Group the museum will offer visitors the opportunity to taste traditional foods from many parts of the world. The Minister for Employment and Learning, Sir Reg Empey, along with 6 local representatives, will address 330 pupils from schools in both districts at this novel event. Pupils will have the chance to put questions to all the speakers, who will talk about politics and young people's issues such as university, tuition fees and post sixth form opportunities. This is a joint Omagh and Strabane Council event.
